I drew you a picture and I don't remember making it

So I'm tired.

Not 'oh I should probably go to bed' tired, like 'HOLY MOTHER OF FRENCH FRIES I'M GOING TO PASS OUT ON THE FLOOR'

So what did I do upon realizing how tired I am?

I drew a god damn picture. I don't even know what the hell this is. I don't even remember drawing it, I passed out for a while after making it.

Can somebody explain what this means? Because apparently I draw cartoony monster shit when I'm tired.
And zombies. I draw zombies.
I can't explain this.

I'm gonna go to bed, and hopefully wake up slightly less psychotic in that I don't feel like drawing horror movie nightmare fuel.

Music everyone should listen to - PART 2

So I already did this sort of thing in another post a while ago, but now I have more songs n' shit! If you haven't seen the first post regarding music that you absolutely cannot die without listening to at least once, click nyah to see it.

FRAKIN LISTEN TO THIS SHNIZZ

Teenagers- My Chemical Romance
Welcome to the Black Parade- My Chemical Romance
Let Down- This Providence
Face Down- The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus
^ (random thought interference) WOAH TWO SONGS THAT END WITH 'DOWN'
Fake It- Seether
The Bottom- Under the Flood
Six Feet from the Edge- Creed

So I'm really tired and halfway through this event of thinking of songs and adding all those links I kinda forgot that this is music that everyone should listen to, not songs that I happen to like. After I realized that I had completely strayed from the type of songs I originally was intending to share, there were about 16 Cannibal Corpse and Darkthrone songs in there. I don't think those are bands that everybody particularly enjoys.
That's what happens when I'm tired.

Dude, maybe later I'll make a list of songs that all metalheads should listen to. Then I can fall half asleep and add random shit that I like and still accomplish what I'm trying to accomplish.

The stages of being obsessed with a song

So lately I've been obsessed with the song Don't Hate by The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus. I mean, I love them, but this is a pure rabid obsession. I literally run around my house, irritating my mom, grandad, and gramma, screaming

I'M NOT ANYTHIIINNNGGG! YOU CAN DO YOU CUZ IMMA DO ME AND THERES NOT A DAMN THING THAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE BLAHBLAHBLAH!!! MAGICAL ANGELIC SCREAMO FUCKYEAH!!!!

This isn't a first for me, and I know it's pretty common. But here's how I usually become inflicted upon with a sick hunger for a song. It infects me. It's like musical AIDS.

STAGE ONE: UNAWARE OF IMPENDING OBSESSION
So this is when you like a certain band or musician or whatever. No obsession or super-duper love or even "hey you should check out this band"ness is involved. You just happen to like that one band/musician. End of story.
So you think.

STAGE TWO: DISCOVERY OF AMAZING SONG

Good, you've found a song you really like, by that one band you like. Aint nothin wrong with that!
So you think.
Play it one more time, won't you?

STAGE THREE: A LITTLE TOO MUCH ENJOYMENT TO BE HEALTHY
This song is now the background music for your life. You have not yet been completely driven to insanity by it yet, but you're painfully close. People have yelled at you to take your damn earbuds out for one second so they communicate with you, and you just think to yourself, I'm so sorry, song. I love you. I'll be back soon. Damn you're so beautiful.

STAGE FOUR: DOWNWARD SPIRAL INTO ADDICTION

This is when you are absolutely sure that this song is the noise that angels make during orgasm. You must share it with everyone you know, and usually some number of people you don't know. You don't care. Everyone must listen to this song.
And you? You play it on loop for hours at a time. You know every single word, instrument used, the exact number of minutes and seconds long it is, and you are stuck in an aggressive euphoria due to the pure undying perfection of the song.

The song controls you.

STAGE FIVE: SUDDEN HATRED

Ah, yes. The sudden hatred.
You've been listening to this song for so long, and it hasn't bothered you. Not only has it not bothered you, but it has fueled you. You craved the song, fed off the song.

But now, your psyche is no longer dependent on it. You suddenly realized the sheer volume of time you've spent reveling in the perceived genius of the song, and now it bores you. It's overused.

YOU HATE IT.

TAKE IT OFF THE PLAYLISTS! AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS! LISTEN TO EVERY OTHER SONG YOU CAN POSSIBLY THINK OF BESIDES THAT ONE!

STAGE SIX: FEAR
You've removed the song from your playlists, favorites, ipod, and brain. You know in the back of your mind that if you hear it again, you will become so pissed off that you will begin to despise not only the song, but the band. Then you'll suck at life because maybe they have some good songs that you'll genuinely enjoy and won't drive you into this process.

THE END.

A somewhat humorous lecture from a pansexual high school freshman

So I'm a relatively young person. Hell, I'm the youngest person in my grade. And I just learned what pansexual is. And, umm....yeah, hi there, greetings from a pansexual!

Let me explain.
I'm not one of those teenage girls who fits into the following category:
Woah guyz. I kissed a girl! Like, not full on makeout. We just kinda touched lips a little. And then I smacked her butt! LOLOLOLOL!!!!1! #datass
Haha I think I like girls now. I would never have sex with one though, ewweyyy!! But yeah, I'm bi everyonneeee ;3
No.
Dear sweet muffintops, NO.

When I was a kid, nobody ever explained to me that girls and boys "naturally" go together. I liked both equally, because I didn't know what genitals were either, and I just knew they were all humans, so I crushed on both genders.
THEN 2ND GRADE CAME ALONG!
I had a huge crush on this chick. Not gonna name names. Let's call her Fergi!
So I liked this Fergi girl. And then, one day, my friend asked me who I liked, and I said Fergi.
She flipped her shit.
OH MY GOSH GIRLS DON'T LIKE GIRLS THAT'S WROONNGGG
EEEEEEEEWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!
So I acted like I was kidding, and I named some random nose-picking boy who I hardly knew and said that I actually liked him.
I didn't know why she flipped out, so I kept it to myself. It didn't particularly bother me, I actually thought she was weird for freaking out on me.
As the years went by, I learned that girls and boys like eachother and if a girl likes a girl or a boy likes a boy, they're weird. I also learned what gay and straight and bi meant. Recently I learned what pansexual is, and I was like holy corndogs, that's me.

Apparently, to lots of people, it's weird that I (and tons of other people) don't just like boys, I like people. I don't care who you are, or what your genitals are, if you make me happy, I'm gonna freaking love you. Why is that weird? Seriously, somebody needs to explain this fuckery to me.

I also found that people judge you too much on what you enjoy.

Oh, you're a concert pianist, a singer, an artist, a straight A students, an astronaut, and a unicorn? Holy shit, you're the best!
Wait, you also like people with the same genitals as you? Oh, gross. You suck now.

That's how I interpret people who don't like the LGBTwhteverthefuck community.

The point of this post is that it's stupid to surpress who you actually are. Are you an apple-juggling lesbian unicycling circus elephant on the inside? Good, go ahead and show the world.

HEY YOU!
STAY YOU!

Wanna see what I can do with a piano?

Woah, didn't see ya there.
As you may be aware of, music is freaking amazing and it's one of the most creative things one could possibly think of.
Well, ah.....music happens to be my whole life.
would you like to see who I worship?
Here ya go!
^ Nirvana (duh)
^ Alexi Laiho (Children of Bodom)
^ Shaun Morgan (Seether)

^ Trey Azagthoth (Morbid Angel)

Saying I'm an atheist and I dont worship a god would be a lie, because I just listed four gods right here. (I bet that I just unintentionally offended a shit ton of people.)

ANYWHO!

I too am a musician! I was a concert pianist from the tender age of 6 to the awkward age of 12. If you click this rather fabulous link, it'll take you to a video of one of my very last concerts. It was back when I didn't have fabulous hair, so don't judge.

I quit playing in concerts right before I turned 13, so I could focus more on writing my own music, which I'm incredibly happy with.

Have a very musical day!

Some music that everyone should listen to

I myself love tons of types of music. My favorite genres are heavy metal, nu metal, death metal, pop-punk, etc. But there are some songs that I think EVERYBODY should listen to at least once. These are songs that I believe are beautifully written or sang, or they're just plain awesome.
I will not cram any of these into a certain genre, I will only say that they are Rock.
These are in no particular order.
It doesn't matter what kind of music you think you like.
LISTEN TO THEM.
The Ballad of Mona Lisa - Panic! At the Disco
Never Leave - Seether
Isolation - Alter Bridge
Walk Away from the Sun - Seether
River Below - Billy Talent
In Bloom - Nirvana
All I Want - A Day to Remember

I might make this, like, a thing. Every week or month or so, maybe I'll post some music that I think is awesome. I hope if you're reading this, you listened to at least a few of those songs up there. If you haven't, c'mon, man! CHOOSE ONE! Or ALL OF THEM!! I SUGGEST ALL OF THEM!!!!
Maybe later I'll post some music you shouldn't listen to. Actually, I definitely will.

Paint, paint, paint, paint....Oh, and did I happen to mention paint?

Happy October! It's already been snowing here in the Rockies. Speaking of those awesome mountains, I painted them yesterday in my Young Artists' Academy meeting. Young Artists' Academy (YAA) is a group of teens who are serious about their art and usually aspire to get a career in art. It's a group of only about 15 kids and it's exclusive to the Kimball Art Center, a pretty awesome place. I'd go off about how awesome it is, but I mean, come on.
Nothing on this blog will ever be any less than incredibly damn awesome.
ANYWHO.
Using only a few colors of acrylic paint, canvas paper, and a single paintbrush, I give you...
Mount Timpanogos!
WOOOO!!! I accomplished something!!

So this painting is based off a painting by some dude whose name I don't know.
Want my opinion?
I did it better!
It took me about two and a half hours to complete this. I know, I know, I'm just so incredibly dedicated. Dont't you just wanna climb that mountain? Or, if you hate physical activity like me, sit under the trees and think about what it would be like to climb that mountain? Yeah. I bet you were thinking about one of those things.
Have a fabulously creative day!
or evening.
or morning.
or, if you're in space, inevitable passing of time.
